Shipping & Delivery Times

Free Shipping is available to all countries on every order with no minimum spend.

Artwork will be carefully wrapped and packaged securely to ensure it arrives in pristine condition to you. 

We will provide shipping tracking numbers & insurance with all orders.

Delivery within the EU: 7-20 business days.

Delivery to Australia & Canada: 8-20 business days. (Unfortunately we have halted delivery to the USA due to tariffs currently imposed on imports)

Delivery to the Rest of the World: 8-25 business days

Customers will be responsible for any import duties where applicable.

We endeavour to use the most cost effective & environmentally conscious shipping providers.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for refund, no questions asked. 

To be eligible for a full refund please ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

It would be appreciated if you could let us know if you're returning an item at hello@juliebevanart.com  so we can expect it. Please note that returns will need to returned via a trackable service. Please note only postal returns are accepted at this address and there will not be anyone available to facilitate in person returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customised original art or prints or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If all is well you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
